Why I Built It
FitOS Core started as the absolute minimum I needed to stop overthinking my training. I realized a lot of people don’t want a full system right away — they just want a clean place to log workouts, track PRs, and have a simple exercise library that actually makes sense.
So I took the essentials from the bigger versions and packed them into something anyone can start using in two minutes.
